Deborah Clay is a Multi-award-winning journalist and TV commentator, future focused speaker, facilitator, and MC.

Deborah has broadcast thousands of news bulletins on FM and AM radio, presented on TV for more than a decade, and led large teams; in the process training hundreds of journalists for on-air presentation.

With a proven track record of success in broadcast journalism, digital transformation and cultural change, she helps to build knowledge, solve complex business problems, and bolster engagement levels.

Deborah draws on her journalism skills of critical thinking and research, as well as her experience as a National Media Executive, to cultivate professional and personal growth.

A graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, Deborah serves on charity boards, is a charity Ambassador for NCCG (A Friend’s Place) and actively supports various charities.
